Our four service packages range from a basic accessibility check to a full assessment of your home and outdoor areas.

The package prices are starting prices and include labor. Required materials are billed separately. The final price depends on the size of the home, its location, and the scope of work.

Pricing & Packages

1. Accessibility assessment

Who it's for: Anyone who wants to know how accessible their home is today and where improvements can be made.

What's included:

• Professional home accessibility assessment
  

• Written report on the home's strengths and areas for improvement
  

• Suggestions for concrete improvements (without implementation)
  

Starting at: 329 €
This service is eligible for the household tax credit.

2. Modification package: Assessment + modifications

Who it's for: For those who want to understand their home's accessibility and make the necessary changes right away.

What's included:

• Home accessibility assessment
  

• Clear action plan for improving home safety
  

• Implementation plan
  

• Execution of small modifications (e.g., thresholds, handrails, support bars)
  

• Final review with the client

This service is eligible for the household tax credit.

3. Extended package: Assessment + modifications + accessibility of surrounding area

Who it's for: For those who want not only an accessible home but also smooth mobility in everyday surroundings (e.g., grocery store, health center, public transport).

What's included:

• All services from the Modification Package (assessment + modifications)
  

• Accessibility Assessment of the Surrounding Area (within 1 km of the home)
  

• Report on safe routes, services, and potential challenges

This service is eligible for the household tax credit.

4. Area package: Accessibility assessment of the surrounding area

Who it's for: For those for whom mobility outside the home is important (e.g., people using a walker or wheelchair).

What's included:

• Accessibility assessment of the surrounding area (500 m – 1 km from the home)
  

• Assessment of accessible and safe routes and public services
  

• Information on potential challenges and areas for improvement
  

• Visual map and clear recommendations for safe routes

The service is eligible for the household tax credit when the work involves maintenance of the home's yard or pathways and improving safety.

Additional Costs

Travel Expenses

• Helsinki region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) and Turku region (Turku, Kaarina, Raisio, Naantali, Lieto)
  

• Other areas: €0.50/km round trip. We always inform you of travel costs in advance so you know the total price before placing your order
  

Materials and Supplies
Required materials (such as support bars, anti-slip products, and handrails) are charged separately.
